Lindsay Davis

Performs all needed actions to keep the chapter running. Monitors the work of all other board members and ensures each member is fulfilling their outlined duties. Responsible for sending or delegating communication to all members of the chapter. Delegates chapter duties to any of the chapter officers. Serves as second chair on the Girls in Aviation Day Committee.

Janette McMurtrie

Performs any presidential duties if the President is unable. Serves as the Chair of the Girls in Aviation Day (GIAD) Planning Committee and serves on all committees with the President (except Election and Scholarship Committee).

Kim Manasco

Responsible for keeping financial records for the chapter. Files federal 990N and state franchise taxes annually. Collects annual dues from each member and coordinates with the Membership Chair to maintain a current chapter roster. Serves on the Membership Committee. Oversees the budget for the Girls in Aviation Day Committee.

Jennifer Schrader

Records meeting minutes of executive board and membership meetings. Provides meeting minutes to other members upon request. Maintains records of meeting minutes for board of directors. Writes and sends the monthly newsletter to Chapter mailing list on the 1st of every month for the next month. Responds to the Chapter Contact Us Website emails, forwarding them to the appropriate board member. May delegate secretarial duties to the Assistant Secretary.

Caleigh Doherty

Maintains a current membership roster for the chapter, providing the board with new membership numbers monthly. Adds new members to texting app and Whatsapp community, while maintaining and assisting members with online membership plan sign-up and auto-renewals. Works with the treasurer to maintain a current dues-paid record. Brainstorms and helps implement new ideas on how to increase chapter involvement, membership numbers, and more. Provides rosters to the chapter board and WAI headquarters. Serves as the Chairperson for the membership committee.

Lava Mishra

Organizes monthly chapter social events with budget approval from Treasurer and overall President/VP approval. Arranges all details and secures reservations regarding tours and activities with appropriate contacts. Works with Social Media Chair and Webmaster to disseminate event information to chapter members, both online in advance of events and day-of, serving as lead Board attendee for as many events as possible or arranging a co-leader(s) if unavailable. Chair admin of WhatsApp Events and Meetups group.

Casey Coker

Helps the chapter serve the community with at least one community service project or event each year (excluding Girls in Aviation Day). Engages with the DFW community to support the Chapter's mission and assists with specific GIAD-related outreach. Serves as chairperson on the Outreach Committee and serves as second chair for Girls in Aviation Day committee. Chair admin of WhatsApp Outreach Volunteering group.

Bre Hodges

Plans and oversees the educational and career-related opportunities available to our members. Responsible for planning educational events/activities, including leading a Girls in Aviation Day committee, and providing career resources for chapter members of various ages and aviation career paths. Chair of the scholarship committee, leading and facilitating the appliation and award process, and hosting at least one scholarship application writing workshop ahead of application windows. Works with Program Chair and Outreach Chair on education and career events.

Mary Warren

Creates GIAD case for support and distributes to potential local and national sponsors. Compiles sponsorship forms to distribute to potential local and national sponsors. Serves as chairperson for Fundraising Committee. Updates board on fundraising goals and milestones met.  Obtains all sponsor logos and use policies to upload to Google Drive for Webmaster & Social Media use. Serves on the Girls in Aviation Day Committee.

Aubrey Macklin

Maintains the chapter’s website. Updates website with important chapter events, fundraising initiatives, and pertinent aviation related topics interesting to members. Responsible for keeping information up-to-date and interesting for members. Also maintains the website experience and functionality for membership plans and members-only areas. Keeps website, domain, and other online tools and discounts through TechSoup current and paid. Serves as Graphic Design lead for Girls in Aviation Day.

Madison Burge

Maintains communication with chapter members through all chapter social media platforms. Works with Membership Chair and Program Chair to deliver important meeting and program information via social media platforms prior to events. Responsible for maintaining photo and/or video content of chapter events. Supplies photos to WAI International before every quarterly magazine and by request. 

Sarolta "Saci" Somogyi

Assists the Secretary in maintaining records for the chapter. Fulfills secretarial duties when the Secretary is unable or as requested.
