WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!
North Texas Drone Day is a hands-on day of drone technology at the Henry B. Tippie National Aviation Education Center in Dallas. WAI-NTX will have a booth there, and we need volunteers for the booth and for the event itself.
So what's happening? Live drone demonstrations, a drone and eVTOL simulator, and a chance to fly a drone with experienced operators. Attendees can earn their FAA Recreational UAS Safety Certificate, meet drone pilots and industry experts, and learn about aviation careers. Drone OEMs, service providers, police departments, C-UAS and DFR groups, and industry associations will be there. Joby is bringing their eVTOL simulator trailer too.
